Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart and complete checkout. No account is required — checkout is anonymous. You will enter your shipping details, confirm the research-use attestation, and pay.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Cash App, and Bitcoin/Lightning. The available methods are shown at checkout.

Do I need a prescription to order?

No. Our products are sold for laboratory research to qualified buyers and are not intended for clinical or therapeutic use, so no prescription is required or accepted.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled for a full refund — email support@peerlesspeptides.com with your order number. Once an order ships it cannot be canceled. See Returns & Refunds.

Who can purchase from Peerless Peptides?

Our products are sold to qualified researchers and scientific professionals who are at least 21 years of age. At checkout you confirm your age and research qualification and agree to our Research-Use Acknowledgement and Terms of Service.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within one to two business days of confirmation. Tracking is emailed when your order is dispatched. Full details are on our Shipping page.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship within the United States only.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free Standard shipping on U.S. orders over $200. Expedited tiers (2-Day, Overnight) are charged at their regular rates.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. It may take up to two business days to appear after order confirmation.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, contact the carrier and notify us within seven days. We send a free replacement for shipments verified as lost in transit. See Shipping and Returns & Refunds.

Returns & Support

What is your return policy?

Because our products are research chemicals, all sales are final once an order ships. We refund or replace orders that arrive damaged, incorrect, out of specification, or undelivered. See Returns & Refunds for the full policy.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email support@peerlesspeptides.com within seven days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a refund or free replacement.

How do I contact support?

Email support@peerlesspeptides.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue; we respond within one to two business days.

Quality & Certificates of Analysis

Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

Yes. A per-batch Certificate of Analysis is available for every product, issued by an independent ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory (ILS Laboratories) and verifiable at the lab’s portal. See our Certificates of Analysis.

How are your products tested, and what purity can I expect?

Each batch is independently tested for identity and purity by HPLC and mass spectrometry, with additional analyses such as endotoxin and heavy metals. The measured purity for each batch is reported on its Certificate of Analysis.

If a purity result is below 100%, what is the remainder?

The remainder reflects minor process-related components — typically truncated or deletion sequences from synthesis, counter-ions and residual salts, and bound water. These are characterized during purification, and the purity figure for each batch is reported on its COA.

Can I get lot information before ordering?

Yes. Contact support@peerlesspeptides.com and we will share the current lot’s Certificate of Analysis.

Products & Storage

What are peptides?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids linked by peptide bonds. In research settings they are studied for their structure, receptor-binding characteristics, and biochemical activity.

Are products supplied lyophilized or in solution?

Our products are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials.

How should I store my products?

Store unopened, lyophilized vials cool, dry, and protected from light. Some compounds are best kept refrigerated or frozen for long-term storage — refer to the product label and Certificate of Analysis. Proper storage after delivery is the responsibility of the customer.

Research Use & Compliance

What does “Research Use Only” mean?

It means a product is supplied solely for laboratory research by qualified researchers. It is not a drug, dietary supplement, food, or cosmetic; it is not approved by the FDA for any use; and it is not intended for human or animal consumption or for any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic purpose. See our Research-Use Acknowledgement.

Are your products intended for human consumption?

No. They are intended exclusively for laboratory and in-vitro research by qualified professionals, and not for human or animal consumption or any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.

Do you provide dosing or usage protocols?

No. We do not provide dosing, administration, reconstitution-for-use, or protocol guidance of any kind, and we cannot advise on use in humans or animals. The scientific information on this site describes what the published research literature reports in laboratory and animal models — it is not instructions for use.
