All sales final once shipped

Because our products are research chemicals and we cannot verify the storage conditions or integrity of a product once it has left our facility, all sales are final once an order ships. Shipped products cannot be returned or resold. The exceptions below cover orders that arrive damaged, incorrect, out of specification, or undelivered.

Canceling an order

Orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled for a full refund to the original payment method. Email support@peerlesspeptides.com with your order number before dispatch. Once an order ships, it can no longer be canceled.

When we refund or replace

We will provide a refund or a free replacement, at your option, for:

  • Products that arrive damaged in transit (photo evidence of the product and packaging required within seven days of delivery)
  • Incorrect items shipped (our error)
  • Products that do not meet the specifications stated on their Certificate of Analysis
  • Orders showing “delivered” in tracking that were never received (reported within seven days)
  • Duplicate orders reported before shipment

What we cannot accept

  • Opened or used products
  • Products stored improperly after delivery
  • Orders canceled after they have shipped
  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Claims made more than seven (7) days after delivery

How to file a claim

Email support@peerlesspeptides.com within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, the batch/lot number (for a quality concern), and photos (for damage). We respond within one to two business days. Approved refunds are processed within five to seven business days; verified replacements ship at our expense. We do not charge restocking fees.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Card payments are refunded to the card. For Cash App or Bitcoin/Lightning payments, where a direct refund to the original transaction is not possible, we will arrange an equivalent refund or store credit with you.
