Research-Use Acknowledgement

This Research-Use Acknowledgement (the “Acknowledgement”) sets out the basis on which Peerless Peptides supplies its products and the affirmations you make each time you place an order. When you check the research-use box at checkout, you agree to this Acknowledgement together with our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

1. Research Use Only

Every product sold by Peerless Peptides is supplied strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use by qualified researchers in an appropriately equipped setting.

Our products are research chemicals. They are not pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, food, cosmetics, household products, medical devices, or veterinary products, and they have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use. They are not sold for, and must not be used for, human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any other in-vivo administration in any form.

2. Your Affirmations

Each time you place an order, you affirm that:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• You are a qualified researcher, scientific professional, or are otherwise lawfully authorized to acquire and handle research chemicals.
• You will use the products solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research, and for no other purpose.
• You will not use the products for human or animal consumption, or for any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic purpose.
• You accept full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use, and lawful disposal of the products, and for compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to you.

3. We Provide No Use Guidance

Peerless Peptides does not provide, and you should not infer, any guidance on how to use these products in or on the body. We do not publish or supply dosing recommendations, routes of administration, reconstitution-for-administration protocols, combination or “stacking” recommendations, or any human- or animal-use instructions of any kind.

Scientific information on this website — including mechanism-of-action descriptions, summaries of published studies, and regulatory history — is provided to characterize what the published research literature reports about a compound in laboratory, cell-culture, or animal models. It is third-party research information, not instructions for use, and it does not represent that any product is safe or effective for any use in humans or animals.

4. Regulatory Status

• FDA. The products, and the statements about them on this website, have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Sections 503A / 503B. Peerless Peptides is a chemical supplier. We are not a compounding pharmacy as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, nor an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B. We do not prepare, compound, or dispense drugs.
• TSCA. Some products may not appear on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory listing. You are responsible for confirming TSCA compliance for your intended research use where applicable.
• Controlled substances. We do not sell controlled substances. If any product is later scheduled or otherwise restricted in your jurisdiction, you are responsible for compliance with the applicable law.

5. Record of Your Acknowledgement

When you accept this Acknowledgement at checkout, we record your acceptance together with the date and time and the version of this text that was in effect, and we retain that record with your order. This documents the basis on which the order was placed and protects both you and Peerless Peptides.

6. No Resale or Transfer for Use

You will not resell, redistribute, or transfer any product to a third party for human or animal consumption, and you will not represent any product as suitable for such use.
