Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including U.S. territories where carrier service is available. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Methods and rates

Rates are flat by service tier and shown at checkout, which is the authoritative source for your order:

  • Standard— USPS Priority Mail, 3–5 business days. $15.
  • 2-Day— UPS 2nd Day Air, 2 business days. $25.
  • Overnight— UPS Next Day Air, 1 business day. $45.

Free Standard shipping on U.S. orders over $200. The free-shipping benefit applies to the Standard tier only; upgrading to 2-Day or Overnight is charged at the rates above even on qualifying orders.

Processing and tracking

We use a manufacturer-direct fulfillment model. Orders typically ship within one to two (1–2) business days of confirmation. Tracking information is emailed to you when your order is dispatched and may take up to two business days to appear after order confirmation.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

P.O. boxes

The Standard tier ships via USPS and can deliver to P.O. boxes. The 2-Day and Overnight tiers ship via UPS, which cannot deliver to P.O. boxes — please provide a street address if you select an expedited tier.

Packaging

Our products are lyophilized (freeze-dried) and are stable at ambient temperature for standard transit. They ship at room temperature and do not require cold-chain handling or ice packs. Orders ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging.

Delays, loss, and delivery issues

Once an order is tendered to the carrier, transit time and delivery are subject to the carrier’s operations. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, contact the carrier and notify us within seven (7) days. We will send a free replacement for shipments verified as lost in transit or damaged on arrival — see our Returns & Refunds policy.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot be responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Reshipment to a corrected address after a failed delivery may incur a new shipping charge.
